Please cancel 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance may be charged a fee of up to half the service price.

Do you require deposits for appointments?
Deposits are not required at this time.
How long do I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
24 hours advance notice is required to avoid possible fees.

Do you have a cell phone policy?
Please respect other clients and have phones on silent during your treatment. This is also your time to relax so please no phone calls during the treatment. We absolutely understand in case of emergency.
Do you offer gift certificates or specials of any kind?
Yes! We have gift cards which can be made to a certain monetary amount and gift certificates which can be more specific. You can call (229) 252-1030 to purchase, or you can also purchase online at our booking website by clicking here.
Are packages available for services?
Yes! We have various packages just ask our front desk coordinator or your facialist.
Can I bring my children?
Please ask before bringing in children. We can accommodate on a case-by-case bases. While we love children most treatments require full attention and we prefer for you to enjoy your treatment uninterrupted but we do understand.
How can I make a reservation online?
We have a booking site on Vagaro which is linked on our website and Instagram.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Since most forms are filled out online before the appointment there is no need to come earlier then your scheduled time.
Will I have to undress for the treatment?
No all services require a wrap but most of our custom facials do in order to treat from decolletage up. Please let us know if you would only like from neck up that can be arranged but the price remains the same.
Should I speak during the treatment?
This is up to you and please feel free to specify in your booking notes if you would like no conversation and only to relax.
Should I leave a tip?
Tips are very much appreciated but not required.
What if I have make-up on?
We prefer no make-up if possible.
When can I continue my skincare routine after a treatment?
Most treatments you can resume your routine that night. If receiving a chemical peel treatment your facialist will give you instructions on how to resume.
When can I wear make up or wet my lashes/brows after a lamination treatment?
Please allow 48 hours to pass before wearing mascara or using cleanser or steam around the lash or brow area to ensure the results stay.
